By requesting a demonstration, you acknowledge that StudyAML may disclose or provide access to confidential, proprietary, and commercially sensitive information, including platform functionality, course content, product concepts, training methodologies, reporting structures, learning designs, and business processes.

You agree that any materials, demonstrations, screenshots, recordings, discussions, or access provided by StudyAML are made available solely for the purpose of evaluating StudyAML’s services for your organisation, and that you will not copy, reproduce, record, distribute, disclose, adapt, reverse engineer, benchmark, or use them to develop or support any competing product, platform, course, training programme, service, or methodology.

StudyAML may require execution of a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement before providing access to detailed platform demonstrations, proprietary course content, bespoke training examples, roadmap features, or other non-public materials.
